Blade Fencing Kuala Lumpur is part of the Blade Fencing network, which began over 20 years ago in Singapore and has since expanded to include clubs in Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, and China. Founder Henry Koh, a former SEA Games fencer representing Singapore, a Stanford graduate, also coaches Kiria Tikanah Abdul Rahman, a two-time Olympian.

The Blade KL initiative was founded in 2013 by Henry Koh & Nontapat Panchan — a 7-time SEA Games gold medalist, Olympian, and two-time NCAA champion.

At Blade KL, our focus is simple: developing strong fencers through high-quality coaching. Our coaches bring competitive experience and work closely with other Blade clubs and international partners, creating opportunities for collaboration, training exchanges, and exposure to high-level competition.

From beginners discovering the sport to national team athletes, Blade KL is committed to helping each fencer develop technical excellence, discipline, and the mindset needed to compete at the international level.
